Which body sizes will it fit?

The Wanderbelt is fitted with an elastic band and a slider to adjust its length. By moving the slider the band can be adjusted to fit people with a waist circumference of 70cm (28 inches) to 103cm (41 inches) without stretching the elastic. However, if the size needs to be bigger than that, the elasticity of the band will allow it to stretch, making it even suitable for larger sizes, up to a waist circumference of 130cm (51inch).

Which materials are used?

The outside of the belt and mini wallet are made out of 35% cotton and 65% polyester. This combination allows it to be quick drying. For the inside lining we have added a moisture proof barrier in order to keep your valuables dry from sweat. No more need to put your items in a zip-lock bag! The elastic band is super soft, just like the elastics you find in men's underwear. ;)

Can I wear it either side of my body?

Yes you can, however the main difference would be that the buckle would be on your back, rather than at the front.

Does it work with any bra?

The money belt is designed to fit any bra size. The little strap that fits around the side of the bra is large enough to fit most widths of bra straps.

Can I wash it?

Sure! It is easy to wash. We advice to wash it by hand, with water temperatures up to 40deg. C or 105F, using mild soap. Let it line dry in the shade to keep it in perfect condition.

Will I see the print through my T-shirt?

With the Wanderbelt in printed version, we wanted to add an element of fun to the money belt, however the graphics on the fabric are light and will not show through normal clothing. The plain version, which is fully skin colored, will hide even more discreetly under your clothes.

Can I wear this in combination with a backpack?

Of course you can! As it sits on your side, a backpack won't interfere with it. 

Can I choose any other fabric prints or colours?

At this stage, it is not possible to choose any other fabrics prints or colors. We will start with two executions; a printed one and a plain one, which is fully skin colored. Other colors and fabric prints might follow later on. We want the Wanderbelt to be really fun and different, yet discreet enough to be invisible underneath your clothes.

Where is the Wanderbelt manufactured?

Despite our passion for sewing and all the fun we had making the prototypes; we will not manufacture the Wanderbelts ourselves. We can't make them within a reasonable amount of time ourselves, so we found a great reputable manufacturer in Asia to help us out. This way we can also offer this product at an affordable price.

How can I take something out of the Wanderbelt while wearing it?

If you find you need to access something out of your Wanderbelt, dash into a corner or a restroom and out of the watchful eyes of others. This way your invisible Wanderbelt remains top-secret. If that isn’t an option, the easiest and most discreet way to take something out of the Wanderbelt, is by sliding your hand underneath your shirt and opening the press button fixation around your bra. The Wanderbelt will then still be secured around your waist with the adjustable strap. You can then turn the Wanderbelt around your waist to the front and get out the item you need. Or you can open the buckle as well and take off the Wanderbelt completely, for full and easy access. With a little practice, you will find that taking off the Wanderbelt discretely, even in public, is easy. For putting it back on, wait until you find a restroom or a quiet spot on your way.
