We made posters, flyers, orange T-shirts, we even had a change room! It was time to show our creation to the rest of the travelling world. In a worldwide exclusive ;) we had our very first stand at our very first travel fair.
The location: the beautiful Belfry of Bruges in Belgium, a must visit city for every traveller!
The goal: show our money belt to as many female travellers as possible, to get feedback and to announce our upcoming launch, and to get every travelling woman as excited as we are. :)
Our first fair was a success! It was flattering to get a lot of positive and exciting reactions, and people wondering if they could buy it on the spot. We had to disappoint them there, but we did hand out Belgian chocolate (in orange!) to keep everybody happy. We are now working even harder to get our product on the market by summer.
As a result of all the conversations we had, we plan to launch a "nude" version of the money belt as well. This basically means that the whole money belt will be in skin colour to make it as invisible as possible for those women who like to wear light coloured clothing. We are still keeping the printed version as well though as we like the fun factor of it. ;)
Here's a picture of our set-up. Margot is now the happy owner of a beautiful palm tree panel to decorate her living room!
